Candidate Compliance Checks
Before any healthcare professional is placed with a client, Clinical24 carries out a thorough compliance process, which includes:
- Identity verification — confirmation of name, address, and right to work in the UK.
- Professional registration — verification of active registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g. NMC, HCPC, GMC).
- DBS / Garda Vetting — Disclosure and Barring Service checks at the appropriate level for the role.
- References — a minimum of two satisfactory professional references, including most recent employer.
- Occupational health — confirmation of fitness to practise and immunisation status.
- Mandatory training — completion of all required training modules relevant to the candidate's role and specialism.
- Annual revalidation — ongoing monitoring of professional registration status and expiry of compliance documents.
Framework Contracts
Clinical24 operates within approved NHS and public sector procurement frameworks, ensuring our services meet the standards required for supplying temporary healthcare professionals to NHS trusts, local authorities, and other public bodies.
