Clinical Quality Manager – Argyll and Bute

Clinical24 is recruiting an experienced Clinical Quality Manager to support our community and complex care services across Argyll and Bute and the surrounding area.

We are looking for a clinician with a strong clinical background, particularly within community and complex care, who is confident working independently in the field.

The Role

• Complete clinical assessments and reviews
• Carry out clinical audits and quality checks
• Assess and sign off staff competencies
• Provide supervision and clinical support to field-based teams
• Review care plans and risk assessments
• Support clinical governance, safeguarding and incident management
• Provide clinical oversight for complex care packages

What We're Looking For

• Strong clinical background with relevant professional registration
• Community and/or complex care experience
• Experience in clinical audits and governance
• Confident assessing clinical competencies and managing risk
• Experience supervising and supporting clinical teams
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Able and willing to travel throughout Argyll and Bute and surrounding areas
• Experience with tracheostomy care, learning disability and autism, ventilation, PEG/enteral feeding, seizure management and other complex clinical needs would be advantageous.
