We are currently hiring for Health Care Assistants in and around Taunton and are looking for HCA who are open to travelling to Taunton and Exeter

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker to join our compassionate team. As a key member of our healthcare team, your role will involve providing essential support to patients and assisting in their daily activities. 

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Supporting patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs under the direction of nursing staff.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

• CPI Safety Intervention or PMVA
• NVQ 2/3 Health&Social Care/Care Qualification
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
