Imagine a gender equal world, what does that look like for you?

A world where women across all industries are HEARD and LISTENED to as they have very valuable input to give.

Have you ever experienced a time where a male counterpart was praised over you on a shared project? How did that make you feel and how did you address this?

I have experienced that, and I felt belittled and undermined but I am someone who lets my work ethic and integrity speak for me.

Have you ever challenged gender stereotypes, discrimination and bias?

Yes, I am a vocal person when it does come to any discrimination or stereotypes, but I know which battles are worth fighting for.

How will you be celebrating International Women’s Day?

Working :) but being kind to other ladies, all women deserve kindness.

Why is gender equality important?

For everyone to feel valued and acknowledged.

Do you believe that gender equality in the workplace is improving?

Yes.

If you could share a piece of advice to your younger self about your career, what would it be?

"Life has no limitations, except the ones YOU MAKE"
